Coquito was created by Bill Leech and Annette Barretto to be a supper club for adults who enjoy good food, beautiful ambiance, top entertainment and dancing.
About Your Hosts
BILL LEECH is originally from New England and received formal training as a chef and in restaurant management. He was a chef/owner of a Manhattan Restaurant for many years before becoming the chef/owner of Warwick's The Backyard Grill for 12 years.
